Dilshod Narzillaev is momenteel artist-in-residence aan de Muziekkapel Koningin Elisabeth, waar hij studeert bij Gary Hoffman. Hij behaalde zijn bachelor aan het International Centre for Music van Park University bij Daniel Veis en zijn master aan het New England Conservatory bij Laurence Lesser. Na een Vierde Prijs op de Antonio Janigrowedstrijd in 2020 ontving hij in 2022 de Eerste Prijs op de Tufts/NEC Competition. Als solist trad hij onder meer op met het Boston Pops Orchestra in Symphony Hall en het Kansas City Chamber Orchestra. Als kamermusicus was hij te gast op festivals als Prussia Cove, Fontainebleau en het Perlman Music Program. Hij werkte daarnaast samen met musici zoals Itzhak Perlman, Gil Kalish, Kim Kashkashian en leden van het Borromeo String Quartet. Ook als docent is hij actief en gaf hij reeds masterclasses in Oezbekistan.
